Current turnaround time for orders placed using our online ordering system is two days at 6pm, Saturday at 5pm. For example, orders placed Monday are available Wednesday at 6pm. Orders placed Friday are available Monday 6pm. Rush orders are available next day. Shipping - orders due on a weekend day will ship Tuesday. Note: retail store closed Sundays, online store open Sundays. ALL FTP ORDERS WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH THE ORDER DUE DATE WITHIN 24 HOURS. The turn around for ftp orders is 2 days APPROX.
We are currently only shipping to addresses in the US. Rush service available on most orders for double the order amount. To check the status of any order please call 415-626-6800.
Sales tax is charged on all orders that are picked up or shipped to addresses in California.
