Turnaround

Current turnaround time for print orders sized up to 12x18 and placed using our online ordering system is two days at 6pm, Saturday at 5pm. For example, orders placed Mon are available Wed at 6pm. Orders placed Fri are available Mon 6pm. Rush orders are available next day for an additional 25% surcharge. For small print orders of sizes up to 12x18 (placed before 2pm Mon-Fri, 1pm Sat), same day rush is available for a 50% surcharge.

Allow one day additional for poster prints, 3 additonal days for Fine Art/Giclée and canvas prints. Mounting your prints adds 2 to 3 days depending on type of mounting ordered.

Shipping

Orders due on a weekend day will ship Tuesday. Note: retail store open Sundays, online store open Sundays. ALL FTP ORDERS WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH THE ORDER DUE DATE WITHIN 24 HOURS. The turn around for ftp orders is 2 days approx.

We are currently only shipping to addresses in the US. Rush service available on most orders for double the order amount. To check the status of any order please contact us.

Sales tax is charged on all orders that are picked up or shipped to addresses in California.

Upload Files from flickr pro account. Your high res originals are already uploaded, so the wait time is minimal. To use this service, first create a Photoworks account.

You can also send us files using your Dropbox or YouSendIt account. Please send to info@photoworkssf.com.

Make sure you zip multiple files into one file. Multiple files will not be downloaded.
